Lean Green Smoothie A bright green way to start your day!

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup spinach/baby spinach
  • 1/2 orange, peeled
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 kiwifruit
  • 1/2 cup pineapple
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger juice
  • 1/2 lemon
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 cup water (or as per desired consistency)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed (soaked in water for 5 minutes)
