Smoothies Citrus Carrot-Apple-Beet Retreat Smoothie


  • 1 beet
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 orange
  • ½ tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 1 green apple
  • 1 tsp flaxseeds/soaked chia seeds
  • ¼ cup coconut water
  • Ice cubes as per preference

Combine all the ingredients in a blender and process. Pour into tall glasses and serve.
